First Floor

With the exception of the rear twin, Clouds' bedrooms face south and enjoy wonderful views over the garden and estuary.

A large, glass-fronted balcony deck opens off both principal bedrooms: ideal for sunbathing, rolling out the Yoga mat or just to quietly contemplate the view...

The bedrooms open off a single passage with two family bathrooms at the end plus a wet room shower/WC at the bottom of the stairs.  Bedrooms are normally configured as follows:

Bed 1:

Master Suite with Super King double bed, full length sliding windows to south with Juliet balcony. Discreet wall-mounted TV, dressing area, en suite shower room/WC and underfloor heating. French windows to West onto large glass-fronted sundeck.

Bed 2:

Super King double bed, wash basin unit and views across the estuary through french windows that open south onto sundeck shared with Bed 1.

Bed 3:

Twin bedroom* with a view south across the garden and estuary, directly adjacent to the two bathrooms. Window restrictors have adult override. *Beds can be linked to provide an additional SuperKing double if desired.

Rear bedroom 4:

Two single beds with a view over the rear garden and dunes . Window restrictors have adult override.

Bunk bedroom 5:

The bunks are full length, designed for adult occupation with high headroom on the lower bunk and great views across the garden and estuary.

The two family bathrooms are at the west end of the passage, with sealed wood or Warmfoot flooring for comfort. One with bath, the other a large drench shower. 

The ground floor wet room shower & WC is easily accessible from the bedrooms, just across the hallway at the bottom of the stairs.
