Set in over 1 acre of garden well above the bustle of Rock central and approached along a narrow cul-de-sac for optimal privacy, Clouds can comfortably park up to 8 cars with an additional 2 reserved for Clouds 9, the owner's annexe situated on the side of the house and carefully designed not to impinge upon or overlook the main house or its private garden in any way.
A wooden shed for guest storage of golf bags etc. is conveniently situated in the driveway close to the building & a doorway links the drive to the long south facing terrace that runs the full length of the building. House, lawns and terrace are all on one level with different areas for sitting and chilling in the shaded Loggia, soaking up the sun, outdoor ping-pong or for dining alfresco in the sheltered curved corner with its gas-fired barbecue and arguably the best view on the property. Lounge furniture and teak sunbeds are provided and the first floor sundeck with glazed balustrade is ideal for total escape...
Beyond the terrace is a flat area of lawn large enough for badminton or boules and a large climbing frame is tucked into the far corner which is for small children ONLY (>8 yrs old), who must be overseen at all times please. Adults must ensure there are not too many children swinging at the same time - if it rocks, it must stop! Kindly note that the small Jack Russell pictured on this website was a visitor's dog and would not have been allowed on the sunbed, only she had an exceptional talent for Scrabble and enjoyed chilled wine...
